WELCOME TO DIGNIPATH
Dignipath is a for-profit Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the State of New Jersey and approved as a Medicaid/DDD provider under the NJ DDD Support Program and Community Care Program. The organization operates statewide, delivering person-centered services to adults (age 21 and older) with developmental disabilities as defined by NJ DDD eligibility criteria.
With extensive experience in the field, DigniPath is committed to being a valued partner in the support process.
